What is included in the free trial?
Once your request is approved, our support team will temporarily enable your selected premium features for 1 month.
During the trial, you can:

The program applies to selected premium features from the Scale and Unlimit plans.

Do I need to upgrade my plan?
No.
You don't need to upgrade your subscription to participate in the program.
If you're currently using the Free plan, you can remain on the Free plan while our team temporarily enables the selected premium features for your trial.
There is also no requirement to upgrade after the trial.

When contacting us, please tell us which premium features you'd like to try. You can request up to 3 features.
For example:
Hi, I'd like to join the 1-month free trial program. I'd like to try [Feature A], [Feature B], and [Feature C].
Our support team will check whether the requested features are currently eligible and help activate your trial.
Share your experience after 14 days (Required)
As part of the program, we ask you to share your experience with our team after 14 days of using the features.
Your feedback helps our Product team understand how merchants use these features and identify opportunities to improve ReelPik.
We'd love to hear about:

What happens after the 1-month trial?
Your complimentary access lasts for 1 month from the time the trial is activated.
Once the trial ends, the temporary premium feature access may be disabled. If you'd like to continue using any of the features, our support team can help you find the plan that includes them.
There is no automatic upgrade required simply because you participated in the trial.
