You can manage your billing cycle, subscription plan, and discount code directly from the ReelPik billing page. How to Manage Your Billing Step 1: Open the Billing Page 1. Go to Shopify Admin → Apps → ReelPik Videos → Pricing. 2. Open the Select a plan or Billing page. Step 2: Choose Your Billing Cycle At the top of the page, you can choose between: - Pay monthly – Pay for your subscription each month. - Pay yearly – Pay annually and save 17%. Select your preferred billing cycle before choosing a plan. Unlimited video views There is no limit on how many times shoppers can view your ReelPik videos. This allows customers to watch and interact with your video content without worrying about reaching a view limit. 2. 1 campaign/widget The Free plan allows you to create and use 1 campaign/widget. This is a great way to start using ReelPik and test shoppable videos on your storefront before creating additional campaigns. Note: If you need multiple campaigns/widgets, you can upgrade to the Scale or Unlimit plan. 3. Unlimited video storage Store as many videos as you want in your ReelPik library. Unlike other apps that may limit both your storage and the number of videos you can use, ReelPik puts no limit on your total video library. On the Free plan, you can use up to 5 videos in each campaign, but there’s no limit to how many videos you can store overall. If you delete a campaign, your uploaded videos stay in your library and can be reused in future campaigns. Example: Video uploads may take a few minutes. Please wait until your videos are successfully uploaded before continuing. - Create campaign A: upload 5 videos → 5 videos in your library - Create campaign B: upload 5 different videos → now you have 10 videos in your library - Delete campaign B: still have 10 videos in your library - Create campaign B': choose any 5 of those 10 videos 4. 5 videos/campaign You can add up to 5 videos to a widget on the Free plan. What happens when I downgrade to the Free plan?

Overview When you downgrade to the Free plan, ReelPik automatically applies the Free plan's usage limits to your existing campaigns and features. Here’s what to expect after downgrading. What happens after downgrading? 1. Campaign limits The Free plan allows 1 campaign per widget type. If you have multiple campaigns of the same widget type, campaigns that exceed this limit will be moved to Draft. 2. Video limits The Free plan supports up to 5 videos per campaign. If your campaign contains more than 5 videos: - The first 5 videos will remain active and visible on your storefront. - Videos from the 6th onward will be locked and will not appear on your storefront. - Locked videos are not deleted. You can still reorder or remove them. Tip: Reorder your videos to choose which 5 videos you want to display on your storefront. 3. Product limits The Free plan supports 1 product per video. If a video has multiple tagged products: - The first product will remain active and visible on your storefront. - Products from the 2nd onward will be locked and will not appear on your storefront. - Locked products are not deleted. You can still reorder or remove them. Tip: Rearrange your tagged products to choose which product you want customers to see. 4. SEO & GEO SEO & GEO is not available on the Free plan. After downgrading, SEO & GEO optimization will automatically stop running. 5. Product bundles Product Bundle is not available on the Free plan. If you previously set up a product bundle, the products will return to the default behavior and appear as individual products instead of a bundle. Before you downgrade We recommend reviewing your campaigns before switching to the Free plan: - Keep 1 campaign per widget type. - Reorder your videos so the 5 videos you want to display come first. - Reorder tagged products so the product you want to display comes first. Important: Content that becomes locked due to Free plan limits is not deleted. You can still reorder or remove locked videos and products from the campaign editor. Can I use the free trial more than once?

Overview Each store can use the Free Trial once for each paid plan. Free Trial eligibility is tracked separately for each plan. This means that using the trial for one paid plan does not affect your eligibility for another paid plan. Here’s how Free Trial eligibility works when you subscribe to or switch between plans. How does Free Trial eligibility work? 1. One Free Trial per paid plan Each store is eligible for the Free Trial once for each paid plan. For example: - If you have already used the Free Trial for the Unlimit plan, you cannot use the Unlimit trial again. - If you have not used the Free Trial for the Scale plan, you can still start a Scale trial. - If you have already used the Free Trial for both Unlimit and Scale, you will no longer be eligible for a trial on either plan. Important: Free Trial eligibility is tracked separately for each paid plan. 2. Switching plans does not reset your trial Switching to another plan does not reset a Free Trial you have already used. For example: Free Trial Plan A → Plan B → Plan A When you return to Plan A: - You will not receive another Free Trial for Plan A. - Plan A will remain marked as Free Trial already used. - You can still subscribe to Plan A at its regular price. The same rule applies to all paid plans. 3. Free Trial availability on the pricing page If you have not used the Free Trial for a paid plan, the Free Trial option will be available when you select that plan. If you have already used the Free Trial for a plan: - You will not be able to start another Free Trial for that plan. - The plan may display Free trial already used. - You can still upgrade or subscribe to the plan at its regular price.
