Overview
After creating your floating reel video widget in ReelPik, you need to embed the ReelPik app on your Shopify theme before the widget can appear on your storefront.
This is done through Shopify Theme Editor → App embeds and only needs to be enabled once for each theme.
Enable ReelPik App Embed
Step 1: Open Shopify Theme Editor
From your Shopify admin, go to:
Online Store → Themes
Find the theme where you want to display ReelPik, then click Customize.
Step 2: Open App embeds
In the Shopify Theme Editor, click the App embeds icon in the left sidebar.
Step 3: Find ReelPik
In the App embeds panel, find ReelPik.
Turn on the toggle to enable the ReelPik app embed on your theme.
Step 4: Save your changes
Click Save in the top-right corner of the Theme Editor.
ReelPik is now embedded and ready to display your published shoppable video widgets on your storefront.
Note: Enabling the ReelPik app embed does not automatically display every widget. Make sure the widget you want to show is published and its display settings are configured correctly in ReelPik.
How to Check If ReelPik Is Embedded
After saving your changes:

Open your Shopify storefront.

Navigate to a page where your ReelPik widget is set to appear.

Check whether the widget is displayed correctly.
If the widget does not appear, return to Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds and make sure ReelPik is enabled for your current published theme.
Tip: If you switch to a new Shopify theme, you may need to enable the ReelPik app embed again for that theme.
Having Trouble Displaying ReelPik?
If you have enabled the app embed but your widget still does not appear, check that:

The ReelPik app embed is enabled.

You clicked Save after enabling it.

Your ReelPik widget is published.

You are checking the correct page based on the widget's display settings.

ReelPik is enabled on the currently published Shopify theme.
If everything is configured correctly but ReelPik still does not appear, contact our support team and we'll be happy to help.
